Raw Hummus

See also recipe for sprouting beans at home
2 tbls Vinegar
salt/ pepper/ other seasonings you like to taste
2 tbls nutritional yeast 
2 tbls olive oil
2 cloves fresh garlic
2 tbls lemon juice (or pickle juice if you don't have lemon)
2 tbls tahini
2 cups sprouted garbanzo beans (can use cooked too)


Put all ingredients into blender or food processor, blend until smooth and pasty, if too dry add a little oil to smooth it out, and if too wet add more garbanzo beans. You can add a bit of cayenne pepper to give it a little kick, basil to give it a lot of extra flavor, roasted red peppers for something different. Enjoy creating!!!
