Asian Broccoli Slaw

1 cup thinly sliced broccoli stalks
1 cup Broccoli cut small
1 cup sliced cabbage (your choice)
1/2 cucumber sliced up small
1/2 cup dice white onion
3 tbls rice vinegar
1tbls sesame oil
3 tbls soy sauce
1 tbls sesame seeds

Combine all ingredients stir together with liquids until all combined, enjoy as a snack, with cottage cheese or atop  a green salad. Lasts for several days and tastes amazing!
