Bean and Rice Bowl with Raw Yumm Sauce













A great vegetarian or vegan staple, but you don't have to be vegetarian to love all the unique flavors in this dish. I hope you enjoy again and again!!

Basic bowl is Cooked rice with black beans on top and many garnishes

Ingredients:

Cooked rice
1-2 can of black beans
Garnishes to your liking:
Baked tempeh
Yumm Sauce
Sour Cream
Goat cheese
Avocado
Salsa
Cilantro

Directions:
Make your rice, heat your beans and prep your veggies. Make Yumm sauce if needed while your rice and beans heat up. Great meal to have leftovers and quickly remake for lunch out or lunch in. Beware dangerously addictive!
